Winter Weather Outlook & Debris Flow Hazards Webinar
This webinar, co-hosted by the California Office of Emergency Services and the California Resiliency Alliance, continues the series of weather outlook briefing webinars. In addition to a winter weather outlook, this webinar will also include a presentation on debris flow hazards from the recent wildfires. Following the presentation portions there will be time for a moderated Q&A.
