As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what it takes to build and sustain resilience across California — and the growing importance of this work.
California’s risk environment is growing more complex—shaped by fast-evolving threats, competing signals, fragmented information flows, and increasingly interconnected systems. Across every sector, decision-makers and planners are being asked to navigate uncertainty and unprecedented challenges, from climate shocks and cascading hazards to cybersecurity threats and supply chain disruptions.
The California Resiliency Alliance (CRA) exists as a trusted, neutral partner to equip professionals with actionable knowledge and bridge cross-sector divides to strengthen resilience statewide.
From wildfire response and earthquake planning to supply chain, public health, and emerging risk insights, our work supports resilience efforts across communities, governments, and the private sector.
As a small, mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the CRA relies on philanthropic support to remain operational and continue expanding our impact.
