This Bay Area Regional Air Quality Messaging Toolkit should be used before and during air quality incidents to guide the public on preparedness and protective health measures.

This Bay Area Regional Air Quality Messaging Toolkit developed in partnership with the Bay Area Regional Air Quality Messaging Steering Committee, with membership from the Bay Area Joint Information System, the Association of Bay Area Health Officials (ABAHO), Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), and regional public health, emergency management, public information, and elected officials’ staff.
